I have always wanted to have an insurance agent that cared, and seemed like my business and satisfaction were important to them. I am so grateful for Judy and everyone at the Thams Agency. I highly recommend them! I don't think you will find any better at least within 60 miles.
My very first time in the office, my mother in law was dying, and I had 5 of our six children so my wife could be at the hospital. Judy was amazing making sure the children had crayons or markers and paper to doodle on. Then she found some goodies to give the children when we left because they did such a good job. We ended up leaving a glove there and she mailed it back to us so we didn't have to make a special trip.
I also love the beautiful exposed brick work inside the office. I always enjoy well preserved historical buildings. It is clean, serene and beautifully decorated.
