If a customer at business location chooses to take our broken mailbox, and kindly request to see if they can drop mail box at desk counter, postmaster simply said "it depends on mailman and he said it depends on postmaster." USPS delivery policy states deliveries are allowed on open counter. So basically I returned home saying on postmaster face that if delivery service have lazy people like you in it why dont ou guys quit your job non lazy people will do it.
I will never do business with them again. My grandma was sending a package to Georgia for me and the woman working, took it upon herself, to change the zip code because she said it was wrong. The package never left Omaha because the zipcode did not match the city. This was in December. The package has yet to be located. My sons Christmas presents were in there. 300$+ is just gone.
